Portfolio/Project Management Office

 
  The Portfolio/Project Management Office (PMO) in the Jaffer Group, assists the Group Business and Service Units in managing the projects, both customers' and internal. It is Jaffer PMO's objective to help the organization complete projects within the budgeted cost and the allotted time frame, with quality to the satisfaction of the customer.

The Group Portfolio Management Office (GPMO) participates in project management as a facilitator, receiving reports from all the Unit Project Management Offices (UPMO) monitoring projects, and reporting progress to the CEO. The PMO in the Jaffer Group uses The Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies.
